Peter reichwald - workplace and employment mediator
Peter has 20 years’ extensive experience of appointing Chairmen and Non-Executive Directors across the private, public and Not-for-Profit sectors. He is respected and renowned for his passion to increase inclusiveness and diversity of thought to main and executive board tables. For the last ten years he has been a Director of the Board Practice at Harvey Nash.
Peter has, for several years, been a speaker at seminars organised by the Financial Times Non-Executive Director Club, the IoD and NEDonBoards where his sessions deal with the practical issues of obtaining a Non-Executive position or starting the journey for a new executive role. He receives a consistently high rating on feedback forms following his sessions.
Before entering the recruitment sector, Peter had senior executive experience of both the private and not-for-profit sectors. He has completed a ten-year term as a Trustee of World Jewish Relief and currently chairs the Residents’ Association for a 137-flat block on the south coast.
He is an accredited (Globis Mediation Group) Workplace and Employment Mediator and provides a mediation service, primarily to SME businesses and not-for-profit organisations, through Reichwald Mediation Associates Ltd.
Peter also provides a CV-writing service and other 1:1 assistance for people on their journey to a plural career or a new executive role. In addition, he provides a cost-effective Recruitment Solutions service.
mark dent - Partner and Head of Employment , PCB Lawyers LLP
Mark studied law at the London School of Economics before qualifying as a solicitor in 1992. He specialises in Employment law and has worked in both large city and niche employment firms. He joined PCB in 2008 to introduce and build up employment law expertise to diversify the range of services offered to both existing and new clients. His clients include employers and senior, often director-level, employees from within banking, property companies, the pharmaceutical industry, insurance, retail and the public sector including the NHS.
Before qualifying as a solicitor Mark worked for a number of years as a Probation Officer.
Mark is also an accredited (Globis Mediation Group) Employment and Workplace Mediator having been involved in many successful mediations.
